AQUATIC THERAPY (Lansdale location only)

The healing powers of water reduce inflammation, promote blood flow, and allow an injured area to be exercised earlier and safer than on land. The properties of buoyancy, viscosity, superficial warmth (94 degrees), and hydrostatic pressure make aquatic physical therapy ideal for those with:

EXERCISE AND PERSONAL TRAINING

Have you ever wanted a personal trainer, but thought you couldn't afford it?

Have you been discharged from physical therapy and been told to join a health club, but are fearful of exercise without skilled supervision?

Are you tired of paying high co-pays to attend physical therapy for a condition that requires continued exercise?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the PTW exercise center is perfect for you. Separate from our physical therapy facility but housed in the same building, our fitness center has extensive state-of-the-art strength training equipment. Each and every exercise is performed under the guidance of an exercise physiologist/personal trainer.

With no annual fees and no limit on your monthly visits, our exercise center is a cost conscious alternative to help you continue to achieve full body repair, or simply take good care of your body.
