SPORTS PERFORMANCE PROGRAMSDirected by your goals and designed by us, our staff of exercise Physical Therapists and Exercise Physiologists will work to improve your performance in your chosen sport. Pre-testing includes vertical jump, agility, flexibility, body fat, and balance testing as defined by the American College of Sports Medicine, and training is performed three days a week for up to 2 hours per day. You will need your water bottle for this intensive program. |
